Staind banda 1995. urtean jaio zen. festa batean Aaron Lewis eta Mike Mushok-ek musika talde bat egitea erabaki zutenean. Jon Wysocki eta Aaron Lewis-ei deitu zieten eta musika taldea egin zuten. Outside da bere abestirik famatuena esaten dutenez baina nik so far away-ekin gelditzen naiz
